A focused business model
We trade crude oil, refined petroleum products, LNG, LPG and petrochemicals, and we provide maritime services and support for energy infrastructure projects. Our clients are refiners, distributors, traders, industrial users and project owners in the industrial, commercial and transportation sectors.
We do not own oil fields, vessels, terminals, storage tanks or refineries. We work with independent companies that do, and we take responsibility for coordinating them on behalf of our counterparties.
Where we sit in the oil supply chain
Between the wellhead and the refinery a cargo of crude oil changes hands, crosses borders and depends on many specialists. Our role is commercial: to buy, to sell and to make sure everything in between happens as agreed.

Production
Oil is produced and offered for sale by producers and their marketing companies.

Trading
We purchase cargoes and agree their onward sale, pricing and delivery terms.

Transport
Independent shipowners carry the oil from loading terminal to discharge port.

Refining
Refiners process the crude into fuels and other products for their markets.
